      KPMG’s Emirati Youth Council

      KPMG Lower Gulf places great importance on the role of the youth in bringing about a better tomorrow. While the UAE enjoys a reputation as being a young nation, its great innovation and future-focused vision have led its youth population to strive for excellence.

      In 2022, we registered our first Emirati Youth Council with the UAE Federal Youth Authority to create a space for Emirati youth to participate in top-level KPMG management conversation. The purpose of the council is to:

      • Drive events and collaboration by creating impactful connections internally and externally.
      • Enable youth development and empowerment through guidance for a thriving journey
      • Advocate for the youth voice and happiness by understanding challenges and offering innovative solutions
      • Promote cultural enrichment and awareness by fostering inclusive cross-culture connections within the firm
      As the Youth Council Chair, I am continuously inspired by the passion, innovation, and leadership that our members bring to the table.
