Avtar is a partner in our audit practice with significant experience of auditing and advising clients. He has spent the past 20 or so years at KPMG London and KPMG Lower Gulf. Avtar’s clients have include prominent businesses in the Transport & Logistics sector, including groups operating in Aviation, Rail, Airport and Logistics. These clients have included private corporates, government entities and listed groups, operating in a number of countries. As well as audit, Avtar also has extensive experience across a range of public and private company and private equity transactions, including IPOs, acquisitions, disposals and share issues. He has worked with a number of corporates and private equity houses, both in the UK and the UAE Avtar is also part of KPMG’s global airlines specialist network and maintains a regular watch on the key issues facing the sector.
