      The Deal Advisory team at KPMG Caucasus and Central Asia ranked first in the Mergermarket league table by number of completed M&A deals in the region in 2025. According to Mergermarket data and KPMG’s analysis, the team advised on six completed deals during the year – twice as many as its closest competitors.

      Mergermarket is one of the world’s leading M&A intelligence platforms. Its league tables are widely used by market participants to assess the activity of advisers, investment banks and law firms in M&A transactions.

      The National Association of Investment Institutions of Uzbekistan also named the KPMG Caucasus and Central Asia team the country’s Best Privatisation Adviser for 2025.
