The General Tax Administration (AGT) has issued a statement confirming that taxpayers under the general or simplified VAT regime who issue electronic invoices are exempt from submitting SAF-T billing files, as the information regarding the issued invoices has already been previously transmitted to the AGT through the electronic invoicing procedure (attached statement).
