      Karin Artner returned to KPMG in 2016 – after more than ten years as CFO. Her focus is on deal advisory projects. With her many years of expertise, she supports companies in Germany and abroad in the successful integration of M&A transactions as well as in the separation or carve-out of parts of companies.

      In addition, Karin Artner is co-chair of Women Corporate Directors (WCD), the largest global network of female supervisory board members, for which KPMG has been a global sponsor for years.

      As head of the KPMG Diversity Council, she is also responsible for the implementation of measures and initiatives related to diversity, equity and inclusion at KPMG.
