Kurt Fischer started at KPMG in 2005 in business valuation, then moved to the banking sector and has been back in deal advisory since 2013. As an M&A partner in Vienna, he and his team advise on company sales and acquisitions on the buy and sell side and provide support in structured capital searches. He brings his banking experience to bear in the structuring of acquisition and project financing – from debt and mezzanine solutions to syndicated financing.
He focuses in particular on the international expansion of Austrian companies through acquisitions: from identifying suitable targets to commercial/financial due diligence and contractual implementation – in close cooperation with local KPMG network partners.
