In his role as Head of Deals & Strategy Austria, Armin Havlik is active in the business areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, Deal Strategy, Commercial and Financial Due Diligence, Post Merger Integration, as well as Separation and Restructuring. With more than 15 years of consulting experience and several years as a managing director in an industrial company, he serves his clients as a competent contact person with an integrated consulting approach.
His industry focus is on aerospace, automotive, industry – especially mechanical and plant engineering – as well as trade. In addition, he is the author of various specialist publications.
