Ferdinand Kleemann is a tax advisor with many years of domestic and international experience, including at KPMG New York. He provides comprehensive advice to national and international companies in international tax law and group tax law—from tax-optimized structuring of cross-border investments and reorganizations to questions regarding permanent establishments, withholding taxes, and compliance.
A key focus is on real estate structures throughout the entire life cycle (acquisition, financing, management, exit). He is also responsible for projects in the area of Global Mobility Services, including assignment and compensation models, payroll compliance, and home office regulations.
