      Karin Kovacs is a partner in the Tax department at the Vienna office and specializes in public corporations and non-profit organizations. She advises municipalities, chambers, and other public institutions, as well as non-profit organizations, church institutions, religious communities, and energy communities on national tax law.

      Her focus is on advising on spin-offs and cooperations in the public sector, advising NPOs on restructuring, and developing practical solutions. In addition, she assists NPOs with issues relating to non-profit law. As a specialist author and speaker at internal and external events, she regularly shares her knowledge and actively contributes to the further development of NPO and public sector tax law.
