Christian Legény is responsible for technology and transformation projects at KPMG, particularly in the banking sector. His more than 25 years of consulting experience have focused on projects for international and Austrian banking groups in Austria and Eastern Europe, including supporting bank mergers in Austria and CEE, restructuring, reorganizing, and establishing financial institutions, and realigning business and operating models. The development of IT strategies, the introduction of banking software, and the use of new technologies in the context of optimizing business processes and the customer experience are further key areas of his work at KPMG.
