Klaus Schatz heads the Technology Consulting division at KPMG Austria. He supports national and international organizations in using information technology strategically to increase their competitiveness – from the realignment and further development of IT departments to IT governance and operating model design to the introduction of new ERP systems and core applications. His focus is on digital transformation, IT transformation, process automation (including ServiceNow) as well as IT cost optimization and benchmarking. The aim is to streamline administrative efforts, increase added value and provide IT services faster and in a customer-centric manner. He brings particular experience to the table in the healthcare sector, among other things.
