Erich Thewanger is a tax and management consultant with many years of experience in advising national and international institutions. His focus is on cooperation with public sector companies – in particular in commercial advice on PPP models, project and risk management as well as in the real estate industry. He accompanies the structuring and implementation of complex construction, infrastructure and real estate projects, including profitability and feasibility analyses, financing advice and governance issues. Since 2015, he has been the initiator of the IG LEBENSZYKLUS BAU and is committed to lifecycle-oriented planning, procurement and management of construction and infrastructure projects.
