      Elisabeth Wasinger is head of the employment law and immigration department at KPMG Law (employment of foreigners/residence law). She advises companies on working time models, international personnel deployment, the design, optimisation and implementation of labour law agreements and guidelines as well as compliance in working time and rest law.

      A further focus is on risk analyses and risk minimization in atypical employment relationships as well as on the support of organizational and transformation projects under labor law. As an author and lecturer, she regularly passes on her knowledge in the context of publications and specialist events.
