Nasiba is audit professional with over 14 years of experience delivering high-quality services to clients across the public and private sectors in the United Kingdom, Azerbaijan, and other CIS countries. She has built a distinguished career at KPMG, where her expertise spans a range of industries including Banking, Insurance, Oil and Gas, Telecom, and Manufacturing.

At KPMG’s Azerbaijan office, where she spent over a decade, Nasiba managed audit and advisory engagements for more than 100 clients, showcasing her deep industry knowledge and analytical skills. Her experience includes a notable period from 2016 to 2017 at KPMG’s London office, where she led the audit for a prominent banking group with a complex structure of over 40 subsidiaries worldwide. During this time, she effectively managed an international team of more than 50 professionals, demonstrating her leadership and global coordination capabilities.

In 2019, Nasiba was promoted to Director and took on the role of Head of Audit Practice in Azerbaijan. In her current position as an Audit Partner, she is focused on advancing KPMG Azerbaijan’s audit practice, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional audit services. Her leadership is instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the firm, enhancing its reputation and capabilities in the audit sector.
