Vedran joined KPMG in November 2002 and has since accumulated extensive experience in auditing and advisory services. His expertise includes financial due diligence, forensic investigations, market research, feasibility studies, business and strategic planning, restructuring, financial modeling, organizational development, business process improvement, performance management, and operational management. He has served as a Project Coordinator and Team Leader and holds multiple certifications, including UK Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA), Certified Accountant, Registered Auditor in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Certified Appraiser in Bosnia and Herzegovina. With significant exposure to audit and control, international experience, and work across both the private and public sectors, he is well-versed in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Bosnian Financial Reporting Standards (for both the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Srpska), and International Auditing Standards, as well as the challenges faced by major global clients.
