I have considerable experience in assisting and representing international clients during tax audits and representing clients in front of the central Belgian tax authorities, concluding unilateral and multilateral (transfer pricing) rulings. I have experience in all kinds of sectors (Energy, Textile, Logistics & Retail, Chemical, Pharmaceuticals, etc.). I have published various articles in international publications and have given several seminars on subjects such as patent income deduction, management fees, Belgian ruling practice, car taxation, tax audits, IP planning and transfer pricing.
