      I started at KPMG Audit in 1993 and co-founded the KPMG Deal Advisory department in 1998. I head the Private Equity service offerings, the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sector offerings, and the Due Diligence offerings. I have worked on numerous valuations, mergers & acquisitions, private equity financing, management buy-ins and management buy-outs. I have also gained extensive experience in the business and financial analysis of companies.
