Zdravko Moskov

Zdravko has more than sixteen years of experience in Advisory. His core competencies include leading buy-side and sell-side M&A mandates, financial due diligence, valuation, transaction structuring and financial modelling support in relation to acquisitions, disposals, restructuring and financing engagements in Bulgaria, Albania, North Macedonia and Kosovo. As Head of Advisory, Zdravko is taking the responsibility for bringing under one roof and developing KPMG’s Deals and Strategy offering, as well as Consulting capabilities across the Balkans.
