- Tomás has significant experience in international tax strategy and planning, as well as managing the tax traits of cross-border transactions and corporate reorganisations regarding investments in various parts of the world, having advised on inbound and outbound investment projects in the real estate, tourism, financial services, oil and gas, media, energy, and other sectors.
- Tomás has significant experience in advising private sector organizations on tax disputes, having advised on multi-million dollar disputes in several jurisdictions, including The Bahamas.
- Tomás has advised Governments on the de-listing process from the EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions for tax purposes; CRS Peer Reviews; transformation of tax administrations; Pillar Two policy; corporate income tax; high value residency regimes; amongst others.
- Tomás is a regular speaker at various forums on domestic and international tax matters.
