Avenues was designed for you as you enter the early stages of your career with the firm. The goal is to allow you to gain different experiences across our Audit, Tax, and Advisory practices as you work towards your specialization and professional designation.
Throughout the program you will have a dedicated Development Manager to coach you by ensuring that you obtain a variety of experiences and are provided with feedback and mentorship. The result is a more individualized career path.
As you build relationships with clients, they will value you as a trusted advisor as you strengthen your business acumen and are able to provide them with deeper industry insights.
This program is currently running with a subset of our first-year people in our Calgary and Greater Vancouver Area offices. We believe all students pursuing a career in professional services should have the opportunity to gain experience across Audit, Tax and Advisory early in their career.
