Bruno is a Partner in KPMG in Canada’s Operations Mergers and Acquisitions practice driving value creation services and leads Operational Due Diligence Services in Canada.
Bruno specializes in operational assessments and value creation during the entire M&A life cycle including synergy analysis, carve-out and standalone analysis, margin assessment, and operational upside development. Over his career at KPMG, Bruno has made a difference for his clients by working hand in hand to find business value on 250+ transactions across multiple industries.
Deals are becoming much more complex and to be competitive in buying assets, it’s imperative to find and realize value creation opportunities in them. Bruno works closely with clients to uncover and prioritize opportunities for cost savings and/or performance improvements, following rapid 6–8-week assessments of their operations.
Prior to joining KPMG, Bruno spent 10 years with various Fortune 500 companies delivering multi-million-dollar operational improvement projects internationally, managing post-M&A operational business integrations & divestitures, and directly managing operating divisions.
