Anna focuses her practice on corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on advising companies with respect to day-to-day operations, mergers and acquisitions and structuring. Anna’s practice includes advising on real estate joint ventures, limited partnerships and private equity structuring. She provides advice to regulated professionals on structuring and mergers and acquisitions. Anna also advises numerous international clients on their entry into Canada.
Anna has extensive experience advising on the organization of businesses and the day to day legal concerns facing companies, drafting acquisition agreements, shareholder, partnership and joint-venture agreements, as well as a broad range of general commercial agreements.
