Julie has worked in the international corporate tax and mergers and acquisitions team at KPMG for almost twelve years and has gained her deep experience in cross-border tax planning, mergers and acquisitions transactions and the establishment of corporate complex tax structures. She also participated in the development and establishment of financing structures, as well as in the dismantling of such structures. Julie acts as an advisor to several Canadian and foreign companies.
