Kari joined KPMG in Canada in 2022 to lead its Calgary Business Law practice. Kari brings over 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, buyouts, capital raising, strategic planning and business strategy, corporate reorganizations, corporate governance, and commercial agreements working with all sizes of corporations in diverse sectors.
Kari excels in using a multidisciplinary team approach to support clients in their growth, day-to-day corporate and commercial needs, reorganizations, and overseeing her team’s corporate legal support on estate planning and other tax structures.
