Maxime is a Partner in the Turnaround & Restructuring group at KPMG in Canada. Maxime joined the group in 2010. He has since participated in a number of engagements of corporate turnaround, restructuring pursuant to the Creditors’ Companies Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act in various industry and cross-border. Maxime’s specialization covers a wide range of sectors, including: real estate, retail, manufacturing, engineering and construction.
Maxime has also acted on numerous occasions as an advisor to financial institutions in the context of financial diagnoses, recovery plans and restructuring of companies in their portfolio.
