Susie is the Global and Canadian National Leader for our Tax Transformation practice – a unique service offering that assists organization in transforming, designing and implementing optimal end-to-end tax operating models across governance, functional processes, people, service delivery models, technology, and data analytics and performance insights.
Susie works with clients on strategic projects that require insight and teams with organizations that seek to enhance and improve their tax functions, processes and technologies. Her global experience has included working with companies of all sizes, across many different jurisdictions and a wide variety of industries. Her technology experience includes consulting on stand-alone tax applications, advising on tax sensitization of accounting systems and designing processes to support technology-enabled tax teams. In addition she has significant experience leading large global transformation and compliance projects.
Susie is also an experienced facilitator and public speaker, passionate about empowering participants and teams to identify discoveries and enhance performance.
