Angelo Discepola is a partner of KPMG Law LLP. His practice is focused on the tax aspects of domestic and international mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations. He also regularly advises financial sponsors in the formation of private equity, venture capital, and infrastructure funds, and developing remuneration strategies for fund principals. Angelo frequently speaks and publishes on various tax matters and is a member of the executive committee of the Quebec tax branch of the Canadian Bar Association.
