With in-depth industry knowledge, he has been an advisor for Governments and Health Care Providers on health system strategies, policies, and operational transformations to improve delivery of care. Shripal has led the development of National Health insurance programs globally, with a focus on the Caribbean region, and continues to work with national and provincial governments on broad health system reforms to improve access and affordability of services. Through the COVID-19 pandemic, Shripal supported provinces in managing health systems, maintaining an emergency supply chain response and expanding the health system capacity to best care for patients.
