      Doug is a Partner in KPMG’s Infrastructure, Capital Projects, and Sustainability practice based in Vancouver. With over 20 years of experience, Doug is a leading commercial and technical executive, specializing in providing leadership around the development and implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects and programs. This includes all forms of contracting structures from conventional delivery through to complex PPP transactions. Doug has led business case, procurement and construction implementation stages for public and private infrastructure programs across a variety of sectors and has particular deep experience in alternative procurements. He has a deep understanding in the development of program strategy, risk mitigation and allocation, the development of complex and bespoke contracts, interfacing with senior executives, technical teams and stakeholders, working with First Nations, and implementing project governance and management processes. Doug has overseen a wide range of PPP transactions across multiple sectors in British Columbia.
