He is a private company M&A specialist, and his broad transaction experience makes him a trusted advisor for business owners and managers exploring various corporate transaction scenarios. His knowledge in acquisitions, divestitures, valuations, and capital raises, positions him to advise business owners and management on their strategic options across a wide range of corporate transactions.
Prior to KPMG in Canada, Jeremy worked at a boutique investment bank in London, UK focusing on M&A transactions in the healthcare, business services, technology, and consumer sectors. Jeremy earned his accounting designation whilst working in the deal advisory group at KPMG in the UK.
