Alain Gaul has been working largely in the Advisory Services sector for the past 18 years, particularly in Restructuring, Corporate Finance, M&A and Government. As Deal Floor Leader, he plays a key role in the growth of the Deal Advisory team in Quebec.
Prior to KPMG, Alain was the Executive Vice-President at a private financial holding company in Québec that works closely with entrepreneurs. In this capacity, Alain has carried out transactions in Canada and beyond with prestigious business partners. Alain has also served as chief of staff at both the provincial and federal levels and was a lawyer and Partner in one of the most trusted law firms in Canada, for 15 years, where he was involved in a wide range of complex commercial transactions, particularly in restructuring.
