      Peter is the National Industry Leader for Aerospace and Defence in Canada. In this role, he regularly meets with our markets and growth leadership team and also with KPMG’s Global Aerospace & Defence network of professionals to develop and share solutions to the challenges and opportunities facing Aerospace and Defence companies.

      Peter is a Deal Advisory Partner specializing in industrial markets, Aerospace and Defence, infrastructure, renewable energy, distribution, software, media and entertainment, and private equity. He has been with KPMG for over 22 years including 7 years working with our KPMG Transaction Services practice in France, advising clients on the buy-side and sell-side of cross-border transactions. Peter specializes in leading M&A due diligence projects of all sizes and has advised on more than 400 transactions in his career. Given his depth of deal experience, he regularly advises his clients and their legal counsel during the due diligence process with respect to financial clauses and price adjustment mechanisms which are typically included in Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs). This attention to detail ensures that the price agreed is the price paid.

      Peter is also experienced in carve-outs, sell-side due diligence, lender due diligence, deal management, working capital optimization, and dispute advisory engagements.
