Brendan is an assurance partner in KPMG Private Enterprise with over 25 years’ experience. Brendan specializes in private company audits from small owner-managed businesses to large complex multi-national businesses. Brendan works across many industries including oil & gas services, real estate, construction, manufacturing, tech and retail. Brendan worked for 6 years in the Cayman Islands and has significant experience with the audits of investment managers, mutual funds, and pensions. Over his career Brendan has also worked with many not-for-profit organizations and has a passion for supporting these organizations so they can have maximum impact in their communities. Working with private entities Brendan has significant experience supporting private business owners through acquisitions and divestitures, private equity and other financing transactions and corporate restructuring. Internally, Brendan has held various leadership roles including business transformation leader.
Brendan also serves on the Board of a local charity and is heavily involved in an organization supporting the needs of those with developmental disabilities.
