      Sarkis is a Partner in KPMG in Canada’s Operations Mergers and Acquisitions practice, with over 17 years of experience in Integration and Separation advisory. Since joining KPMG in 2011, Sarkis has helped grow the Strategy & Deal Execution practice from a 3 person team to a 40 person team, with multiple service offerings. 

      He has successfully managed and led large-scale M&A programs globally, solving complex integration and separation issues for a broad range of clients. He brings a significant amount of operational experience combined with a proven track record in developing multi-disciplinary solutions for Corporate and Private Equity clients. Many of his engagements include working closely with Management Consulting, IT Advisory, People and Change, and Transaction Services experts.

      Prior to joining KPMG, Sarkis led diverse teams overseeing the printing and distribution of one of Canada’s largest newspapers, and he was instrumental in modernizing the radio communications and operational fleet management systems across the global network for one of Canada’s largest airlines.
