Aris Kossoras has extensive consulting experience in the financial services industry. Aris has developed international exposure through a series of projects in Europe, Asia and North America. He has successfully designed and delivered major Re-Organisation (Integration / Separation), Right-Shoring and Process Optimisation / Digitisation solutions. He is currently driving KPMG’s Global initiative for benchmarking in FS; the Enterprise Performance Management Practice; the Efficient Finance Operations Capability for FS and; the Intelligent Automation proposition for FS.
