      Nathan is a Partner in our KPMG Family Office, Cross Border Tax practice with more than 17 years of experience advising high net worth families on US-Canada tax matters. He is recognized for cross-border tax planning for families with significant wealth, including US citizens living abroad.

      Nathan helps clients navigate complex cross-border tax issues, with a strong focus on estate and succession planning. His experience includes US estate and gift tax matters, investing into the US, cross-border structuring and relocations, and US expatriation planning. Nathan also advises on US international outbound tax rules, including planning for controlled foreign corporations (CFCs) and passive foreign investment companies (PFICs).
