Duane is the leader of Winnipeg’s Tax practice and has over 20 years experience of advising both private and public companies. Duane assists companies with reviewing the impact of all forms of taxation to the organization and has had significant success reducing the overall taxes to be paid today and in the future. He focuses on areas such as tax-minimization planning including the use of family trusts; estate and wealth planning, designing and reorganizing structures to maximize tax efficiency, advising on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures to ensure they are tax effective, and managing audits with all tax authorities.
