Duncan is a Partner with KPMG in Canada’s Restructuring and Turnaround team. With over 15 years of financial advisory experience Duncan has advised debtors, board of directors, secured lenders and private equity firms in corporate restructurings, workouts and turnarounds. Throughout his career, he has provided clients with a range of services including liquidity assessment, strategic options analysis, development of turnaround plans and leading negotiations with key stakeholders. Duncan specializes in distressed M&A, early distressed situations and utilizes data analytics to help clients gain data-driven insights to make informed strategic decisions.
