Michael is a Partner in KPMG’s Corporate Finance practice in Toronto. He has advised companies across an array of industries (including business services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, transportation and logistics, foodservice, etc.) with deal sizes ranging from $15 million to over $700 million. Michael has extensive experience advising entrepreneurs, privately owned businesses, and private equity funds on divestitures (including both majority and minority sales), acquisitions, mergers, and financings. He also advises companies on their domestic and cross-border M&A strategy development.
