Shawna Lounsbury is a Partner in our Audit practice. She has 29 years of public accounting experience in the office in Winnipeg that includes providing professional services to a wide range of public and private sector clients as well as not-for-profit and charitable organizations. She is also member of our National Not-for-profit and Public Sector Practice and the lead real estate partner for Regions West.
Shawna has performed a number of advisory engagements including technical accounting advice assistance and review of internal controls. She has significant experience advising clients with pension and benefit plans on financial reporting matters, internal controls and risk management. She has also performed audits of compliance with various funding agreements for public sector and Not-for-profit organizations. Shawna is also a Lean-in Audit facilitator for the KPMG office in Winnipeg and has significant experience in assisting clients and non-clients in improving their financial reporting processes.
