      Andrew is a Partner in KPMG Canada’s Tax Incentives Practice specializing in government funding incentives including the Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) program, Clean Economy Tax Credit Programs (CT ITC, CTM ITC) and media credits such as the Ontario Interactive Digital Media Tax Credit (OIDMTC).

      As a engineer with over 18 years of experience, Andrew supports businesses of all sizes as they navigate the complex and diverse funding landscape. He and his team assist clients with planning and scheduling to meet critical claim submission timelines, analyzing R&D projects for eligibility, reviewing prepared claims, identifying expenditures, drafting technical reports, conducting documentation reviews, and assisting clients with their financial or technical audits with the Canada Revenue Agency. Andrew’s clients span several Canadian sectors including IT, Software, Digital Media, Manufacturing, Engineering Services and Product/Process development.

      In addition to his role, Andrew is a Professional Engineer and chairs his office’s Charitable and Inclusion, Diversity and Equity committees and is the National learning leader for his area of practice. Andrew also actively contributes his insights and knowledge as a mentor, speaker and panelist at various events aimed at startups, scale-ups, and within the SR&ED practitioner community.
