Chris Moore is a Partner in the Toronto office of KPMG and is area of expertise is ‘end to end’ business transformation (from concept to implementation) with a focus on Finance and Enterprise Performance Management. Chris has extensive program and project management experience and has led several engagements particularly in areas relating to system implementation of enterprise performance management and ERP systems for the finance function. Chris has significant experience working with large organizations on complex financial system projects from defining the initial strategy through to implementation of the business and technology solution. In addition, he has helped organizations as they wrestled with the challenges and implications of change through new processes and technology. He also has extensive understanding of finance transformation and performance management in the transformation cycle, from both business and technology perspectives, in order to define the path forward and avoid costly pitfalls.
