      Sam is a partner in KPMG Law LLP and its affiliated firm, KPMG, practicing out of the Toronto office, primarily in the corporate and international tax areas. Prior to joining KPMG Law LLP, Sam was a tax associate with a leading Canadian law firm. 

      During his tenure with KPMG he has focused on Industrial Markets and Real Estate.
