Dan has served as an auditor and adviser to numerous high growth, start-up through public technology companies. Dan frequently supports clients on planning towards, and executing on, M&A and financing transactions. He brings sound business judgment and more than 16 years’ experience leading audits under IFRS and US GAAP and supporting entrepreneurs through high growth and global expansion. Dan is very active in supporting entrepreneurs in the Canadian technology sector, and is a founding partner of the C100 Association. He is a frequent presenter in Canada and abroad at TMT industry events, including KPMG’s Cloud Summit, Silicon Valley Bank’s CFO Summit, global technology and telecom share forums on emerging financial reporting issues, and technology entrepreneur events.
