      On March 2, 2000, Abacan Resource Corporation made an assignment in bankruptcy pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act ("BIA"). KPMG Inc. has been appointed as trustee (the "Trustee"). On January 17, 2025 KPMG Inc. was discharged as the Trustee of Abacan Resource Corporation.
