On October 18, 2019 KPMG Inc. was appointed receiver and manager ("Receiver") over the assets and undertakings of the Aquila Fabrication and Equipment Ltd., 965431 Alberta Ltd., and 1768192 Alberta Ltd. (together the "Company"), pursuant to a court order of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta (the "Order").
