On June 1, 2026, by Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) (the "Receivership Order"), KPMG Inc. was appointed receiver and manager (the "Receiver") of Asiyans Tex & Giftware Inc. (“Asiyans”), pursuant to section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. B-3, as amended and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C.43, as amended.

Inquiries regarding customer property

If you are a customer of Asiyans and believe that clothing or other personal property belonging to you remains at Asiyans' former place of business located at 3601 Lawrence Avenue East, Scarborough (the “Premises”), please be advised that the Receiver is not in possession of, and does not have access to, such property and is therefore unable to assist with its retrieval.
