On August 6, 2009, KPMG Inc. was appointed by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice as receiver and manager of Belmont Dynamic Growth Fund ("Receiver"). On March 11, 2026, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice issued an order discharging the Receiver.
