On March 9, 2021 Copetrex Oil & Gas Co. Ltd. & 800072 Alberta Ltd. (together the "Company") filed an assignment in bankruptcy and KPMG Inc. ("KPMG") was appointed as the Trustee. On October 30, 2025 KPMG obtained its discharge as Trustee of the Company.
