On February 10, 2026, on the application of the Royal Bank of Canada ("RBC"), the Supreme Court of British Columbia granted bankruptcy orders (the "Orders") assigning Counterpoint Interiors Inc. and Counterpoint Projects Inc. (collectively, the "Companies") into bankruptcy. KPMG Inc. ("KPMG") has been appointed as Trustee of each bankrupt estate (the "Trustee").
